By using this portal or bot you accept this document together with the main AM Capital Terms (ecosystemamcapital.xyz/terms.html), which apply across the ecosystem. Where they differ, these service-specific terms apply to the Sniper Bot.

Trading crypto assets, including sniping new tokens, is extremely risky and can lead to total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee results. AM Capital is a software provider, not a financial advisor (non-fiduciary); decisions and execution are entirely your responsibility.

You keep full control of your wallet, keys and funds. AM Capital CS never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Only use bots from the official list on this portal's home page.

Saat ini hanya bot Solana yang aktif; TON, Ethereum, Base, dan BNB Chain belum dibuka dan jadwalnya tidak dijamin. Platform fee 1,00% per trade ditampilkan pada menu bot dan dapat berubah. Kecepatan eksekusi dan proteksi MEV adalah upaya terbaik, bukan jaminan. Layanan dapat terhenti karena pemeliharaan, gangguan RPC atau Telegram, atau force majeure.
Only the Solana bot is live; TON, Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain are not open and no timeline is guaranteed. The 1.00% per-trade platform fee is shown on the bot menu and may change. Execution speed and MEV protection are best-effort, not guarantees. Service may stop due to maintenance, RPC or Telegram outages, or force majeure.

Perangkat lunak, merek, dan konten AM Capital dilindungi sesuai Syarat utama bagian Intellectual Property. Rekayasa balik dan distribusi ilegal dilarang.
AM Capital software, brand and content are protected as set out in the Intellectual Property section of the main Terms. Reverse engineering and unauthorized distribution are prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, AM Capital is not liable for trading losses, loss of capital or technical disruption, as set out under Limitation of Liability in the main Terms.
